Mr. Asai’s visiting guidance
On August 2, 2019, we have the honor to invite Mr. Asai Baoji from Toyota group to our company for guidance.
Mr. Asai is mainly responsible for the construction management of the new plant construction project in Toyota group. He has cooperated with us for three times. This time, he came here mainly for the guidance and training of the construction management of our engineering department.
In the course of training, Mr. Asakai gave us a more in-depth explanation of the management philosophy of TOYOTA group, and met the actual situation in our construction process. Everyone listened attentively. Young engineers, in particular, are thirsty for knowledge. Mr. Asai's lectures on Forehand management and human-made matters are all written down one by one, lest they fall into the focus.
Decades of engineering experience can't be explained in half a day's teaching. I hope that this half a day's teaching can make all the staff of our engineering department feel and inspire, hope that they can integrate today's knowledge into their future work, and also hope that they can learn from Mr. Asai to a serious, rigorous and meticulous working attitude.
