On July 19, 2018, our company held the mid-year management meeting, to summarize the work in the first half of the year and set our goals for the second half of the year.

Due to business expansion, Yosun has expanded its project scope to Guangdong, Jiangxi and Sichuan province. Some project managers cannot get back because of the long distance. This time, so we held the meeting through video conference call.

During the meeting, the management department raised the safety issues of the project, and reminded all departments to do the prevention work in the hot weather of the upcoming high accident period. The finance department introduced the new financial system at the meeting. The project managers took turns to summarize the projects each person was responsible. Finally, everyone made their goals for the second half of the year according to their situation in the first half of the year.
